■All KIZUNA products are "made-to-order products." Production will begin after your order is confirmed (after payment is confirmed). Goods will be shipped after completion.

Please be sure to check the production period (estimate) before placing your order. *After placing your order, if the production period is significantly longer due to product stock status, weather, traffic conditions, etc., we will contact you as soon as possible.

*We are unable to accept inquiries or specify delivery dates from purchasers. Thank you for your understanding.

*Size dimensions are information provided by the manufacturer. There are differences and individual differences.

*The impression of the product color may differ depending on the image viewing environment.

*Individual differences may occur in print position and color.

*The price includes consumption tax in Japan where the product is manufactured.

*We will not be held responsible for any injuries or health problems caused by accidental ingestion of purchased products.

■Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the customer's convenience.

■Items that cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged
